If you're unhappy with your Earlove earplugs for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase, at the email below and we will refund your money and shipping charge (within the US).

If you would like to return and receive a refund on the purchase of a MusicPro, we can start the return process immediately. Buyer pays for return shipping of the MusicPro.

If your Earlove do not fit or you are having trouble with the size please contact us for help. We will send a different tip size at no charge.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

We will arrange the goods to be collected and or resentat our expense.
